It's a drawing on Lutradur, but of what, I don't know. Based on your recent inspiration, I'm going to take a wild guess that it's a contour drawing of the stones that make up the concrete in the wall isolating the Palestinians from the Israelis. Hence the long format as well.
The lighter area at the top looks luminous, maybe its a frosted glass door panel; Perhaps and enlarged microscop slide with a view of how blood is composed; or the bark of a tree, or riverstones on the bed viewed through the top as one crosses the river barefoot.
