More Sentinelles

My goodness..... I meant to report in on the 23rd of October - my  seventh anniversary for my blog- but it didn't happen. However i do have a winner for the Teapot and Rosewater Jug give away to celebrate- Chris- Textile Traveller from Tasmania- can you please contact me?

I need to find extra time and energy to finish everything that has to be done- somehow last week disappeared without much getting done although I have started work in earnest on the catalogue- rewriting some of my explanation and rationale and working on the page layouts- I suppose that takes time too.

I did print some more linocut sentienlles. They are for sale for $15AUS inclusive of postage.

This is cool. My daughter is taking print making and yesterday we were discussing when she will get to print on cloth. I thought of you and your work. I love the way your print looks on different colors.

I love the totally different look of the light paint on the dark background compared with the dark paint on the light backgrounds.

HI DIjanne- I posted a comment in the draw pretty muich the same as what the Chris comment said. I don't have a blog identity but gave my name as Chris Beardsley. I checked at te time and my comment showed but now it looks like a different Chris posted it. If you don;t hear from the Chris textielartist form Tasmania I reckon somehow the blog ID has assumed my Chris posting - I've been to a cpuple fo your cvalsses and at the time loved your green sparkly sentinel and often say sooo.. So I am wondering whether there was soem sort of glitch - ore an itneresting coincidence that Chris from Tassie is very similar to me in Adelaide, both in taste and how we write. Ican'rt say t=fro defintie that it was exactly my commewnthowevedr so if Chris from Tassie claims the lovely prize then thats fine.
